Work closely with clients to confirm order details, packing instructions, and delivery plans.
Coordinate with garment suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Manage purchase orders (POs), shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.), and customs clearance procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
Liaise with sales, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure the right products are delivered in the right quantity and quality.
Follow up with vendors and factories on production schedules and delivery timelines.
Prepare reports on shipment status, inventory, and stock movement.
Assist in resolving issues related to shipping delays, customs clearance, or documentation errors.

At least 1-2 years experience in Merchandiser / Logistics
If having experience to engage logistic operation, would be better no experience in garment would be okay
English speaker
