We are Hiring Dying production Technician Leader

1. JOB OBJECTIVE

Take full responsibility for dyeing techniques, operation of the dyeing production line, and production progress management to ensure target output, denim/jeans finished product quality, and on-time delivery according to requirements.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for and strictly controlling dyeing technical parameters during production.
• Handle technical issues related to color shade, color fastness, and chemical recipe ratios on the dyeing line.
• Ensure output products meet quality standards and match approved customer samples.
• Accompany customers to inspect goods.
• Manage and possess strong skills in managing production plans.
