Production Planning & Execution: Formulate and implement production plans based on master schedules provided by the Planning Department.
Quality & Output Control: Oversee and take full accountability for garment quantity and quality throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Performance & Efficiency Management: Monitor worker performance, proactively propose productivity enhancements, and eliminate production bottlenecks or wasteful practices.
Technical & Line Balancing Coordination: Partner with technical and IE teams to evaluate line setups, review patterns and line-layout diagrams, and implement solutions to boost output efficiency.
Workforce & Safety Management: Manage, allocate, and adjust manpower effectively while enforcing occupational health and safety standards.
Design Alignment: Collaborate with the Design Department to ensure finished garments satisfy all technical and aesthetic requirements.
Compliance & Workplace Standards: Direct and monitor the execution of 5S, Fire Fighting & Prevention, and Safety regulations per company policies.
Quality & Safety Audits: Enforce strict compliance with quality control protocols and manufacturing safety standards across all managed areas.
Reporting: Track, evaluate, and present regular production progress reports to executive management.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Workshop Manager in garment factories with 400–500 workers.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and end-to-end apparel manufacturing processes.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record in workforce management, leadership, and staff motivation.
